What you could save
See what a flat fee means for your home.
A traditional sale typically costs 5 to 6% of your home’s price in commissions. Vadoma replaces that with a flat platform fee. See what that means in dollars for your home.

Beyond cost
The savings are the headline, but not the whole story. Vadoma gives you control of the process, visibility into what’s happening, plain-language guidance at every step, and one organized place for every document, so you keep more of your equity and more of your sanity.
Buyers benefit too: when a seller isn’t paying out a buyer-side commission, there’s more room in the deal, and you can negotiate toward a lower price.
